Sabrina Hsin Hua Lee

Sabrina Lee is an arbitrator of international and domestic commercial disputes. She is admitted to practice law in New York.

Sabrina has nearly 15 years of experience in international arbitration and US litigation. Prior to establishing her practice as an arbitrator, Sabrina was Counsel in the International Arbitration group at WilmerHale LLP in New York and London for eight years. Prior to that, she was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London, practicing US litigation.

Sabrina has experience with complex disputes in many different industries, including energy, financial services and consumer disputes. She has particular expertise handling matters involving complex damages issues: in addition to leading the damages phase in several large arbitrations, including preparing and cross examining damages experts, she holds an undergraduate degree in economics (with a focus on statistics) from Stanford University, and she further developed her quantitative skills as an analyst at Analysis Group, an economic consulting firm.

Sabrina regularly speaks and writes about arbitration. She is a lecturer in international arbitration at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and co-author of the chapter on United States arbitration law in the International Arbitration Review.

Sabrina is a member of the AAA's Roster of Arbitrators. She is also a member of the USCIB's Southeast Regional Subcommittee.
